a pine and bay in the south edge of the Schoolhouse Branch William McCanne Junr. corner
thence as his line So. 190 poles to a pine his corner thence (continued on page 8)
along McCannes line So. 75 Et. 127 poles to a pine then along Hugh McCannes line So.
50 Et. 94 poles to a pine his corner. Thence ten poles to a stump J. Murphys own corner of
his old survey. Thence as his old line North 60 Wt. 140 poles to a pine his corner thence as his
other line So. 30 Wt. 300 poles to a white oak his corner. Thence as his other line So. 60 Et.
84 poles to gum in the edge of Loves Pocoson Thence So. 78 Wt. 92 poles to a large Red Oak
on Laughlin Loves line thence No. 5 Wt. 470 poles to the School House Branch thence down
the Sd. Branch as it meanders to the begining.
