John Cook two hundred acres of land in Duplin County on both sides of
Island Creek. Begining at a white oak stump on the edge of Island Creek
by the Main Road his corner. Thence So. 40 Wt. 16 pole to a stake on
John Evers line, thence So. 50 Et. 210 pole to a stake by a pond.
Thence No. 40 Et. 156 pole to a stake in the Rattle Snake Pocosion.
Thence to the begining.
