Frederick Wells one hundred acres of land in Duplin Dounty West side the North East River
on both side of Oakey Branch. Begining at a rea oak lower edge the branch at the Great
Rowling Path by John Baleys Corner. Thence So. 30. Wt. 66 poles to a pine thence So. 25
Et. 230 poles to a Black hew tree white oak and red oak on the River bank at the Haw Bluff.
Thence up the River as it meanders crossing the mouth of the Oakey Branch to a point due
East from the begining. Thence Wt to the first station.

Gum Branch. Begining at a pine Joshua Blakes corner thence as his line crossing the branch
No. 65 Et. 127 poles to a Black Jack. Thence So. 50 Et. 160 poles to a Black Jack. Thence
So. 40 Wt. 70 poles to a stake. Thence crossing the branch and along Thomas Crumtons line
No. 80 Wt. 206 poles to a Hickory thence to the begining.

Begining at a Black Jack his corner of 100 acres pattened by Shadrach Stallins thence Wt.
114 poles to a pine thence as Stallins's line No. 62 poles to a pine by Reedy Branch.
Thence Et. 180 poles to a pine thence So. 142 poles to a Black Jack thence Wt. 66 poles
to a stake thence No. 80 poles to the first station.

creek. Wt. 90 poles to the first station.
