Elijah Bowen fifty acres of land in Duplin County North Side of Rockfish Creek 
and East side of Fussells Creek.  Begining at a pine an old corner of another 
survey of said Fussells.  Thence as the same North two West forty poles to a 
persimon his corner.  Thence as his other line down a branch North Eighty eight 
West eighty two poles to a gum.  Thence as Fussels other line South ten East 
one hundred and twenty pole to a pipne and rad oak.  Thence North eighty East 
eighty poles to a black jack.  Thence to the begining.
