Claudius Cartwright three hundred acres of land in Duplin 
County on the North side the Doctors Creek.  Begining at 
a pine John Littles corner, then his line Wt. 90 poles to a 
red oak his corner, thence Littles other line So. 84 poles to 
a stake in a branch.  Then John Blantons line Wt. 120 poles 
to a white oak, thence Joseph Dicksons line No. 126 poles 
to a pine, thence his other line Wt. 90 poles to a pine, thence 
No. 140 pole to a pine, thence Et. 240 poles to a pine, thence 
to the begining.
