Andrew Adams three hundred acres of land in Duplin County.  Begining at a Hickory 
pine & red oak Benjamin Adams's corner.  Then North side of Azariah's branch.  
Thence hi line So. 30 Wt. 320 poles to a stake.  Then his other line So. 60 Et. 
130 poles to a pine.  Thence So. 30 Wt. 66 poles to a stake between two pines.  
Thence North 60 Wt. 134 poles to a pine.  Thence North 200 poles joining Dawsons 
line to a stake.  Thence North 30 Et. 130 poles to a pine Solomon Carters corner 
thence his line No. 13 Et. 124 poles to a bay at the run of Mathews branch.  
Thence to the begining.
