Abraham Molten five hundred and eighty acres of land in Duplin County
the west side of Stewarts Creek. Begining at a pine said to be the fourth
corner of the land his plantation is upon, being a survey of two hundred
acres and runs thence South 72 Wt. 152 pole to a pine James Kenans
corner, then his line North 25 Et. 220 pole to a pine his corner.
Then with his other line No. 30 Wt. 340 pole to a pine his corner then
No. 40 Et. 120 pole to a pine, then No. 72 Et. 166 pole to a pine.
Then So. 46 Et. 190 pole to a pine & water oak on Abraham Moltens
own line of another survey, then with his own line Wt. 140 pole to a
pine his corner, then along his other line So. 146 pole to a pine on
his line of another survey, then that line Wt. 40 pole to a white oak
his corner, then South 10 Et. 146 pole to a pine his corner, then
to the begining.
