Abraham Beesley one hundred acres of land in Duplin County on the So.
West side of Maxwell Swamp and So. side of Carrs Branch on the New
Road. Begining at a pine Pearces uper corner So. side the Road. Thence
as his line North 45 Et. 170 poles to a pine bush. Thence as his own line
No. 50 Wt. 130 poles to Carrs Branch. Thence So. 45 Wt. 170 poles to a
stake thence So. 50 Et. to the begining.

Abraham Beesley fifty acres of land in Duplin County between Maxwell and
Carrs Branch. Begining at a stake on his own corner of eighty acres thence
So. 40 Et. with his line of a survey patened by William Dickson 50 poles to a
pine by Carrs Branch. Thence up the branch 72 poles to an ashe. Thence as
his line of land bought from Solomon Beesley No. 45 Et. 40 poles to a pine his
corner. Thence as the other line to the corner and past No. 40 Wt. 204 poles
to a pine. Thence No. 23 Et. 6 pole to a pine. Thence along his line of another
survey So. 50 Et. 136 poles to a red oak. Thence as the line of his eighty acre
survey to the begining.

Side of Maxwell Swamp and south side of Carrs branch. Begining at a pine Snowden
Pearces corner North Side the Beaverdam branch and South Side the Great Road,
thence along said Beesleys own line No. 50 Wt. 130 poles to a stake, thence as
his other line No. 45 Et. 170 poles to Carrs Branch. Thence up said Branch No.
75 Wt. 84 poles to a pine then as the line of land patened by William Regbee So.
50 Wt. 100 poles to a pine his corner thence as his other line North 40 Wt. 98
poles to a pine, thence joining the Huckelberry pond and crossing Gum Branch
South 320 poles to a Hickory, thence Et. 120 poles then to the begining.
