Potato Salad

    Boil your chunked potatoes. Let them cool a bit. Add some green pepper,
    some eggs if you like them, some grated or finely diced onion, some
    pimiento, some celery if you like it, and some Duke’s mayo. Some folks
    even add diced cucumber. It is good, but I don’t fix mine that way.
    Cover and chill well, even a day ahead of serving is good.
